Please download the latest version of ZOOM (we would recommend leaving plenty of time for this, so that you can avoid any last-minute hiccups before class starts) https://zoom.us/

Select a class from the list below and once booked look out for an email from us with the ZOOM link around 30 min before start of class. Click on the link and join the class 10 min before class with your audio and video turned on so the teacher can say hello. You can then go off and do other things or get settled in the relaxation before the class begins.
