To ensure the safety of our students and instructors, please follow the new procedures:

 

    All classes must be pre booked and paid online ( 24 hrs cancellation policy)
    Some of the classes will be live streamed with only the instructor visible.
    Limited amount of students permitted in the studio to comply with the social distancing rules.
    
    Please arrive on time (we cannot permit any latecomers) at least 10 min before start of class.
    Please wash/sanitise your hands before entering the studio and leaving the studio.
       Please stay home if you are feeling unwell, let your body rest and heal.
