How do I sign up for a class, workshop or guest class?
Please register as a member and then you can book your class or course online or through the app. All classes should be paid in advance. If you are unsure which class is most suitable for you, please feel free to contact the studio.
What should I wear?
Wear appropriate and easy to move in clothing. Longer trousers and longer sleeved tops are ideal for yin yoga. No shoes are worn on the yoga floor as we practice barefoot.
When do I arrive?
The studio opens 30 minutes before classes start. We recommend you come to the studio 15 minutes before the start of class. This gives you ample time to set your mat up, use the toilet, discuss injuries with the teacher and relax.
Where can I leave my things?
Please leave shoes and any personal belongings such as phones, watches and jewellery in the allocated storage areas. Space is limited so please leave non-essential belongings at home.
What do I bring?
Please bring a bottle of water and a towel to place over the mat. If you have your own mat, feel free to bring it.
Can I eat before class?
Try not to eat a heavy meal two hours before your class. A small snack such as a banana or a piece of toast should be fine if you feel you need it.
What if I am late?
Classes start on time and doors will be locked 3 minutes before the start of class for health and safety reasons and not to disturb the flow of the class. Therefore, latecomers will not be admitted.
